Booking & cancellation policy
- A 50% deposit will be taken upon booking to secure your appointment slot.
- No less than 24 hours notice must be given if you wish to amend, move or cancel your appointment.
- Late cancellations and "no shows" will result in 100% treatment charge and the deposit will be lost.
